• Web Design is a one-time project with a flat fee. Once it’s done, it’s yours.

• Social Media Marketing is month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime.

• SEO requires a 3-month minimum. SEO takes time to work, and this window gives us the chance to build momentum and show results. After that, it's month-to-month.

We work primarily with small businesses, startups, and solo entrepreneurs… the kinds of teams that need practical, affordable digital solutions. That said, we’re always open to working with larger businesses as long as it’s the right fit. If you value a hands-on, streamlined approach, we’d love to connect — no matter your size.

That’s totally fine — most clients come in knowing they need help, but not what exactly. We’ll start with a complimentary call, talk through your goals, and recommend the best path forward (even if it’s not all at once).

We take full ownership of our work and always aim to deliver high-quality, thoughtful results. While we’re not perfect (no one is), we’re honest. If something’s outside our scope or we don’t know the answer, we’ll let you know — and we’ll do the work to find the right solution or point you in the right direction. Because of the time, planning, and creative work that goes into each project, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. However, we’re committed to making sure you’re happy with the results — and we’ll do our part to fix any issues that fall within the scope of what we agreed on.
